NEW from 26th October 23 - Consultation fee may apply

Before the consultation begins, ensure the customer is aware that there is a £20 consultation fee if they choose NOT to receive the vaccines and/or anti-malarials recommended for them and their trip during their consultation. Should they receive the recommended vaccines and/or antimalarials, or should nothing be recommended for them and their trip, then there is no consultation fee. For group bookings, the fee should be applied only once per group, if applicable as above. The fee is not applicable to corporate Travel service customers.
