knowmalaria was created to make it easier for people to get the antimalarials they need. Instead of making an appointment with your GP, going there to get a private prescription and then having to go to the pharmacy to get the antimalarial you can now do all this from the comfort of your own computer.
We have continued this “easier for the customer” mantra all the way through. Once you have completed the online consultation your medicines will arrive through your letterbox within a few days.
Yes, through your letterbox. knowmalaria appreciate how inconvenient it can be having to wait in to sign for parcels. This is why we have developed our own letter-box friendly packaging so that you don’t have to wait in to sign for them.
We use Royal Mail tracked delivery so we can check exactly where your delivery is at any time and know as soon as it has been delivered.
All orders received by 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received after 3.00pm will be despatched the next working day.
Because it is important that you receive and start taking your antimalarials for a period in advance of your trip, knowmalaria have two delivery options:
Standard Delivery - sent by Royal Mail first-class, tracked delivery and typically delivered within 48 hours. knowmalaria does not charge for this standard delivery.
Special Delivery - sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service and will usually arrive by 1.00pm the next business day. There is a charge of £6.00 for this premium service and, unlike standard delivery, it does require a signature upon receipt.
Any orders with a value over £100 will be sent Special Delivery at no additional charge but will require signature on receipt.
Currently, knowmalaria can only supply antimalarials to UK travellers and deliver to an address within the UK.
